A Great Bank Holiday Weekend......

Morning all, hope you, like me, had a lovely bank holiday weekend.

It started on Friday, doing a craft fair at my local market. A quiet day, but more people than normal. My customer came in for the crochet sunflower and I'm pleased to say she was delighted with it. She has now ordered some sunflower bunting to be made for her daughters wedding in August. She wants the flower heads in a row, with the happy couple's names spelt out in the centres. So I'm going to be busy over the next couple of months making them !!

A beautifully sunny weekend. I sat in the garden doing some knitting and crochet.

I made this crochet bat:-

I've been meaning to make him ready for halloween for some time. I completed him on Sunday evening. I really like him, and was tempted to keep him for myself......until hubby saw him and claimed him !!
So now I've got to start again making another one or ten !!

Did a craft fair on Monday at a local school. A beautiful day again. It was well organised and a fabulous turn out. Sold nearly all my knitted and crochet toys, along with other bits and bobs. Happy result.

Now a few days before my next craft fair. Doing a pamper & shop evening at a local school on Friday evening and another similar event on Saturday. ........

.......have to get busy making more bits !!

On another note, heard from my eldest again, that he is alive and well, and finished his trek.......big sigh of relief !!!

Hope you all get to enjoy the lovely weather over the next few days, before it reverts back to normal temperatures.

Bye for now x
